How Long Does It Take To Get My Photos Back?
All touched and edited photos are guaranteed to be delivered by the Friday following your session, although it is usually just a few days time before you receive your touched and edited photos.
Can I choose my outdoor location?
For the mini-shoots, we pre-choose locations and schedule out the full day there. However, if you would like to recommend future sites please send us an email to [email protected].. Additionally, if you would like to have photos taken at a specific location you may book a 1HR shoot with Haley starting at $279.
Where is the studio located?
We utilize a studio in Mesa, AZ called Beloved Studios located at 1220 S Alma School Rd, Mesa, AZ 85210. On certain dates we may use other studios so be sure to check your booking email to confirm location for your studio shoot.
Do you offer refunds if I cannot make my slot?
We do not offer refunds for missed appointments, however we will try our best to get you rescheduled into another open slot if available.. We cannot guarantee availability or location for rescheduled appointments..
